Can anyone explain Picture 4? :huh:Well, as the flags say "Happy Birthday," at a wild guess I'd say that maybe a birthday party is imminent.
I couldn't read the bunting. I was looking at the sun lounger in the kitchen and the balloons under the kitchen table....Is that a face on the right hand side of picture 6?
It's a cushion. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -

I think it's a mock up of a tennis court! Table has ping pong net and bats, balloons are faces in the crowd and the chair is the umpires chair!
Or I might be mad :jSome days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -
Just an example of the stunning value available if you're willing to live in a one-horse town in the back end of nowhere-in-particular.

Err...one of God's countries, but He has several somewhat warmer and drier ones.
From Wiki:
God’s Own Country, is a phrase that was first used to describe the Wicklow Mountains and has subsequently been used to refer to several places, including Surrey, Australia, United States, New Zealand, Kerala state, Yorkshire,[1] Cornwall, Scotland and Wales0 -
12 pictures for a two bedroomed flat. Only six internal pics.
Pictures 6 and 7 are big clues as to why the EA is bigging up the "highly sought after area".

The house next door to us had photos showing grubby carpet, discoloured and broken fittings,30 year-old kitchen, an even older bathroom and an exterior needing attention, yet it sold stc within a couple of days.
It was well priced and this is a sort-after area, where sales take less than 6 months.0
