LL does it oceanside for under £200/month, with vertical stilts, & plucks her breakfast off the trees.

The cafe on top of Snowden has angled windows like that for the ultimate view (when it's not shrouded in cloud!)
First time I went up there after the new cafe was built-my head was spinning, and was on the cusp of vertigo until I moved away from the windows, and that's a building on solid ground!!
I would far rather live in the worst dooer-upper we've had on here than that!:j0 -
