Move the doorway to the kitchen to just after living room door. Block back of existing kitchen off and have nice big pantry. That leaves a lovely big kitchen diner with views over the front. Gorgeous house and love the passageway to the water :T.

True; especially in winter with the heating only existing "where specified"

I'm tempted to ask the EA whether an extra '1' slipped onto the front of the price, or the 'un' was missed off the front of "realistic".

Poor use of space. The wc and shower should have been combined:
