the EA really really wants you to be able to navigate to the property but is less keen on you actually seeing what's on offer to decide if the trip is worth bothering with (other than it passes the "with chapel" test of course)

oooh, I can just see those service charge and sinking fund invoices being prepared now by the freeholder for their lovely [STRIKE]gullible[/STRIKE] new lease holding flat owner who is now paying for the renovation of the common parts as well as paying for their lease

The floor plan doesn't show a landing at the top of the straight staircase, only one to the side....
