cheap is such a relative term - one would have to agree with the EA that it could be applied to "you ain't seen nothing yet" but there again that is a truism because a) it is on the "outer link" bus route https://at.govt.nz/bus-train-ferry/timetables/ for Herne Bay so is infested with bus dependent lower echelons and b) shares its name with the other place in which I once had to sojourn due to a transitory income hiatus and c) I have indeed not yet seen anything, since nothing is, by definition, unseeable anyway
but lo, there is hope still, for "I can see a rainbow" offers "a better location with its neighbouring upper class homes", albeit apparently this one is in need of demolition before such glories manifest themselves
let us therefore review "a fabulous find" but swiftly reject it on the basis the bed is located in a cupboard behind doors and the bathroom (pic 5) relies on vegetation rather than frosted glass for privacy
reappraising our journey we must consider if "looks like a million" fulfils initial promise, but sadly not for it is more akin to this
we are therefore forced to conclude that the way forward lies in "negotiation", where we will thankfully be one street removed from the hoi polloi in the buses and able to translocate by private boat instead, thus also avoiding the [STRIKE]monsters[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]mothers[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]maniacs[/STRIKE] drivers on the school run to the place just down the road. We can furthermore be grateful that, as the dollar is worth half a mighty pound, (as is only fitting for such an inaptly named colonial currency) it is indeed going to be cheap for such a compromised location given it is not Herne Bay original - where only the righteous doth live
Ric Parore's mug shot showed twice
That was enough for me. Thxs but no thxs.
Hand on heart: Would you buy a bar of soap from that man? (unless he is a mate? - even then?)

Indeed. Create a centre of interest for a hitherto unknown species who will come plodding through your gardenFor an electricity pylon number collector, this is a glorious time to be out and about, but only the really foolish, or those with a great deal of faith in a Met-Office forecast of good weather would leave the day-sack, with waterproofs and extra layers of clothing behind.

even then, I wouldn't buy in that particular road :rotfl:
Either they are quite proud of the bathroom (and given the rest of the house why wouldn't they be) or the estate agent took a fancy to it himself. Shiny!"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
Picture 12 is obviously useful - surely the first thing any prospective buyer needs to know is that there is room in the kitchen for the tea caddy? Potential subsidence, checking for a leaking roof, damp, woodworm, rotting windows, all pale into insignificance for the genuine tea addict.0
