You can rent a 3 bed house in this part of the world for that sort of money!
How about THIS for £10 less.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

At £1,575 per day for your 20 days I can’t help thinking that #14942 above may offer better value for money per pair than this one, although the EA seems a little flexible (desperate?) with their pricing strategy "Please ignore all previous pricing, this "one of a kind" property will SELL and someone will be getting a bargain" http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-44458300.html
Don’t live here if you are superstitious, appears the property is alive and at the age where it can have hot flushes http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-40775551.html
why does the EA think pic 10 will increase my desire to buy? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-42453751.html
colourful? ostentatious? tasteless? disgraceful display of wealth given the location? (The staff accommodation was never going to be internal now was it Dear Mr EA) http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-37052752.html
it is of course a cheap shot to read overseas property descriptions from non English speakers so it didn't take long to find this inevitability...http://www.thailand-property.com/real-estate-for-sale/3-bed-house-chiang-mai-muang-chiang-mai-_37986 I wonder who the mice invite to their dining table?
but "3 maids rooms" should compensate for any culinary deficiencies

Does he realise the pressures this imposes on other members? (esp. if they dare to clear off for a few days).
However, the quest is now on: a cheap oceanside property in NZ (or elsewhere in the southern hemisphere) for November to April; & on a bus route please.
In the interval, here is my Portuguese property of the week: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-45535783.html

If you look at street view the next door house is at an extremely odd angle to this one.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0

Lovely house, wondered why it is a bit cheaper than others in the area - then saw what is behind the back garden. Slightly more off putting than the water tower one earlier.
