Have you ever heard the like? The owner is taking the 'decorative windows' oot! Nothing is said about putting anything in their place, and winter is upon (some of) us. Energy efficiency will reach a new (Scottish) standard as there will be no point in turning the heating on. Think of the savings. Have another dram Hamish.
