There's no issue here.
As moneytooshort has patiently explained, regular car drivers may not be bothered by huge roads, so many regular water users probably won't be bothered much by the water tower either.0 -
Whenever EAs start using words like 'interesting' and 'project,' alarm bells ring.....
And if a water tower looming behind a property is a turn-off, then I can find a perfectly natural feature which also presents challenges.

possibly its because the white bit was once a side bit of the shop next door and the current property has been built on top of and now incorporating it, hence the change in angle at the end of the white bit and the non white bit above it?.........
