That's because they go in for warm air heating - which snazzily turns into cool air - I.e. air conditioning - for the summer.0 -
Pullitzer-worthy photos here:

Points of note include, photo 8 "the hand of god" guiding our attention to the decorating ladder... and photo 10 "yes that is a fallen down marquee that we couldn't be bothered to put up before the EA arrived"."The only man who makes money from a gold rush is the one selling the shovels..."0 -

They could have tidied away the dirty clothes on the bedroom floor, and looks like the sitting tenant comes with a bloody big dog if the size of the bowls on the floor of the dining room anre anything to go by.
If that's the best they can present the house for the estate agent photographer, you have to wonder what sort of tenant you will inherit.
- a tenant who rightly does not see it as being any of their concern how the property looks to a new buyer since it has nothing to do with the tenant
- a tenant who is (delete as required) a typical / atypical tenant in matters of personal cleanliness0 -
Mmmm... you can just smell the pets: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/311549950

Oh yeah, properly manky.
The pee stains on the bed in picture 8 are especially nice, but compliment the stains evident on just about every other fixture & fitting. (And that's just from these low-res pics. Just imagine what it's like in real life).
I've got 2 cats myself, and confirm that pets are no excuse to let your house become that bad.
Bet your life when the new people move in, all the cat fleas will come out for a good feed!!!
The algae on the wet decking will be a proper ice rink as well.0 -

I don't disagree. I understand the tenant's concerns and 'rights', but an intelligent person would perhaps want to make a good first impression?
Tenant or otherwise, I would not want pictures of my dirty undies in a photo on the internet.0 -

It's not uncommon. They sell flaps with 'tunnels' to go in the wall, specifically for that purpose. I believe it can be easier and cheaper than putting it in a door if all your doors are double glazed, or if you don't have a door in the right place. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
Yuk, very dark inside, grotty house, wouldn't pay £100,000 let alone the asking price, I know this area, unfortunately.0
