Well, there would be one advantage to buying that house, ie your family would have a distinct disincentive to letting themselves put on weight, as those bedrooms feel too small for normal size people and it would feel like a distinct squeeze for anyone who did put on weight.

Cue "You don't want that cake/pudding/crisps/etc do you dear? You'll never fit into your bedroom if you do...".

Gives that impression, but we don't know, because there's no room plan or sizes, just some duff pictures.

If people are in a hurry, it's either because they've failed to sell already, or because they have a sudden close deadline to meet, in which case why not sell at an attractive price via a 'normal' agent?

How can signing up with a company whose ads look so naff increase the chances of a sale?

The outside shots look absolutely stunning. I lurrrrve Japanese maples! That looks almost like a professional guest/tea house.
