Sheet Road.....!
Sheet pictures!
Why does anybody instuct these jokers?

Well, there would be one advantage to buying that house, ie your family would have a distinct disincentive to letting themselves put on weight, as those bedrooms feel too small for normal size people and it would feel like a distinct squeeze for anyone who did put on weight.
Cue "You don't want that cake/pudding/crisps/etc do you dear? You'll never fit into your bedroom if you do...".0 -

Gives that impression, but we don't know, because there's no room plan or sizes, just some duff pictures.
If people are in a hurry, it's either because they've failed to sell already, or because they have a sudden close deadline to meet, in which case why not sell at an attractive price via a 'normal' agent?
How can signing up with a company whose ads look so naff increase the chances of a sale?
Beats me.:huh:0 -

Nine bedrooms and ONE bathroom and 2 "partial" baths and an EA obsessed with window pictures. Mind you the only room shown in use looks more like a restaurant than a dining room, but then I suppose it is intended to feed 10 - 18 people

although to be fair to Sotheby's their photographers put a bit more time into their "art" - night and day anyone?
how about adding in a bit of summer or winter to go with the night/day theme?
and are somewhat better than your average EA, especially on garden photos: http://www.sothebysrealty.com/eng/sales/detail/180-l-934-w978y8/kyoto-ryouanji-kyoto-ky-616-8004
that said this one appears to have forgotten to remove the fish eye lens, perhaps because he was so excited at playing with the toy helicopter used to take them? £600k and all I see is distorted views of white boxes, misshaped cars and a sea colour to make even LisbonLaura consider relocating0 -

What have they done to the photos to make the sea look like solid plastic?:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
