We bought a re-possession which had a lot of stuff/rubbish left in it (some good items I might add).
Imagine buying that as seen...........we had to have 2 skips for much, much less than 1/4 of the stuff that's in that house.

Oh yes they can.
What you are seeing is the well documented 'transitory surge'.
They are obviously experienced at this, hence the armchair in the bathroom sanctuary of repose.

What I do not understand is why that third rate example of peasant housing is worth £100,000 more than my space age 'property of the month' in Essex :huh:
