Yep Woolwich/Plumstead, need I say more. Clearly no one has done work in the place for years, I think the elderly owners are no longer with us.

I have friends in the area so I'm aware of how dodgy the area is (as they are) but that just looks depressing.

Every day you could arrive home from the office, look up, & exclaim in wonder: "Wow, it's still there!"

given it's on the 6th floor I like the way the EA has put their board up in the window. Do Basildon house hunters carry binoculars with them to aid spotting those oh so elusive properties for sale?

Booksurr, please try to keep up with affairs at the centre of the universe.
Putting a board on the supports would destabilise the building.
    I thought everyone knew that.

    I'm sorry, I shouldn't tease.
In truth there is no established proceedure to access the aliens within, since they upgraded access from drop-down ladders to a teleport.
Sellers collect a board (& a camera too if they are not online) from their chosen EA.
I think that is an alien's pet behind the board?
If not, is it a starving, one earred special breed cat?

OMG what a shame, just thinking of the place in it's former glory.

The white property to the left looks a bit too close though!
