Yep Woolwich/Plumstead, need I say more. Clearly no one has done work in the place for years, I think the elderly owners are no longer with us.

Putting a board on the supports would destabilise the building.

In truth there is no established proceedure to access the aliens within, since they upgraded access from drop-down ladders to a teleport.
Sellers collect a board (& a camera too if they are not online) from their chosen EA.
I think that is an alien's pet behind the board?
