Pic 8 just seems to be a lonely pergola thing. It's odd they've chosen that in preference to the 'luxury en suite' or the conservatory.
Given their unpopularity, the heavy focus on the spiral stairs is another mystery.
I'm guessing "Studio/home office / potential utility" is the garage Surely that's not also what, "with potential great feature" means?
