The whole building is a bit dodgy. The one next door (the corner) is completely derelict so I can't imagine someone buying one flat in this building - you'd need the whole building/freehold to secure it. Good location though. I imagine the entire site could go for (more) student accommodation.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
