I am so impressed by the EA. I've seen similar places in my (cross fingers now over) hunt for a place, but the EAs won't put the pictures up - they use the usual 'needs tlc' or 'requires refurbishment' and the full horror only becomes apparent when you walk through the door.0

I'm wondering if the block is studio flats & someone has created a 'bedroom' in the loft space of one of the first floor studios. If there are 8 studios in the block that would explain the roof shape in that room.0
