Free girlfriend with house?
The photo is labelled 'mortgage advice', but I've never seen an advisor advertised as part of a house sale like that!0 -

We had a gorgeous Victorian villa on the South Coast with an admittedly butt-ugly 1950s building next door that had been built to replace another grand villa that was hit by a bomb during WW2. In around 2000 the property was bought by a local property developer who was also a notorious drug dealer. He proceeded to knock it about till it resembled a Sandbanks house.....totally unsuited to the style of the conservation area it was located in. I'm afraid I wouldn't have given 2p for it by the time he was finished, although he didn't intend to sell as it was for his own family use......valued at £1.5 million now.
I agree with Davesnave, I'd happily take a Sandbanks house and sell it for something with more character, original features and land......or else would live in one of the original Sandbanks houses, although I guess not many still exist
I live near Sandbanks and Branksome Park - both lovely areas but they resemble a building site due to redevelopment everywhere. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0
