Pic 2, never seen appliances stick out so much!
Plus, only 3 pictures! So that must be the highlight....0 -
" located in this highly convenient road within a close walk of the Pantiles and Tunbridge Wells main line station" -Yep close walk = in the back garden!
The line the house backs onto is not a British Rail one. It belongs to these guys: http://www.spavalleyrailway.co.uk/ So perhaps the purchaser likes steam trains.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Aw, pic 6, my dad used to make fireplaces like that in his garage, but with black formica hearths. I used to love the smell of wood glue :rotfl:.

They've used wall units as base units, a trick I've seen used successfully in narrowish galley kitchens that need more cupboards. But not on the side where the appliances are :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I see the vendor still hasn't taken the advice of reducing the selling price - and the laminate pictures in the EA's Robin reliant haven't helped to shift it either!0 -
Looks like the owners have delusions of grandeur.0

Price has been reduced from £30 000 today - a huge drop.
Looks like it's been reprocessed. They paid £33 750 in 2003.
They paid £27 000 in April 2012.
