I read it as redandwhiterob wanting the keys to the house he is buying on the day of completion not the day after, not him allowing people in his house a day early.
My opinion is to stick with what you have agreed, a 24 hr delay in starting work isn't going to hold you up much. Now more importantly is there anything about either house that would amaze/shock us? :rotfl:Slightly bitter0 -

Them bathroom tiles - yuck! But at least the toilet is the same colour as skid marks;)
BTW back in the 60s/70s, what did they call that colour of bathroom suite? Not seen it myself.0 -

I was talking about that bathroom with my mum earlier.. she said 'coloured suites were all the range.. mark my words tehy will come round again... '.. so i googled and they are still avaliable in MANY colours
