It only a few mins from where stabbing and a shooting (2 separate incidents) have happens in the last 6 months so being robbed is the last of their worries.

That explains the BOB and kickpads in the corner of the living room then.

What a ridiculous place to have on an Ag Tie site.

That is the most expensive agriculturally-tied house I've ever seen!
No mention whatever of where to park the tractor and I didn't see a boot room either. :rotfl:

:rotfl: I know, but this is Devon and they seem to live in another world here :D :rotfl:

EDIT: Bearing in mind as well that it's "set in 1.25 acres of land" and is still Ag Tied. How the hell do you work on 1.25 acres?!

EDIT: NOTE: Adjacent land and property contains the Knapp House Outdoor Pursuits and Adventure School which could be readily screened. The Knapp House Site may however be the subject of an extensive Marina based re-development scheme. Formal Planning Applications have yet to be submitted (possibly due within the near future) although a level of public consultation has been completed. At this stage it remains unknown if any such application will meet with planning approval.

Strapped and I live in Devon too. :D

I also live in an ag-tied house, though no one has ever asked me to prove my entitlement. You can pretty much ignore ag-ties if you pay cash these days. ;)

So, on paper I'm qualified to buy the place, but there are details I'm not happy with... especially the price!

I wouldn't want a Marina on my doorstep either, but I'll bet there are many who'd think differently.
