Fourth photo down on the right hand column of pictures - what is that white thing please? I thought a sunbed but seems connected to the floor.
Forgive my ignorance if it's obvious to others, it's not to me :-)0 -

I think you're right. It's on castors and swivels into a horizontal position when needed I expect. The castors will then probably go under whatever you're lying on.
Not that I would ever use one, you understand. :cool:0 -
a "spot the cat(s)" for you, and a messy bed to boot! (oh, and the posters.)

Crikey, there's a 'spot the parrot' too!
I can't work out who the band on the TV is, but I think Elvis is in the fireplace, and whoever is hoping to watch telly has a packet of Golden Virginia ready to roll as soon as the agent says "Hwyl"0 -

EDIT: Bearing in mind as well that it's "set in 1.25 acres of land" and is still Ag Tied. How the hell do you work on 1.25 acres?!
EDIT: NOTE: Adjacent land and property contains the Knapp House Outdoor Pursuits and Adventure School which could be readily screened. The Knapp House Site may however be the subject of an extensive Marina based re-development scheme. Formal Planning Applications have yet to be submitted (possibly due within the near future) although a level of public consultation has been completed. At this stage it remains unknown if any such application will meet with planning approval.
You can have an ag tied property with no land. It does not mean its a farm, it usually means that the owner has to be employed locally in agriculture be retired from such or be the widow of an agricultural worker.
