It's self-inflicted, as evidenced by the trees which have been removed and/or cut back, especially to expose the view at the back. That will have cost a few bob, but worth it.
It's a project property, so no one is going to mind losing a few overgrown shrubs, probably enmeshed in couch grass and bindweed.0 -
