Yes, I was impressed with those. More agents should do that. The best local agent in our area usually does them at different scales so there's no doubt when locating places aerially.

What are you on about, money?

It's self-inflicted, as evidenced by the trees which have been removed and/or cut back, especially to expose the view at the back. That will have cost a few bob, but worth it.

It's a project property, so no one is going to mind losing a few overgrown shrubs, probably enmeshed in couch grass and bindweed.

Yes, only loo is the mezzanine bedroom ensuite, & access to front door is through the conservatory.:p
