I can't think of a sensible reason for putting up a picture of the shower and nothing else. Even if there were hostile tenants or something, they could do a few externals.
When I was selling in 2006, the agent fell into a flower bed and broke her camera, but I just did the rest with mine. It's not as if pictures are hard to take these days.0
