Nah, it's the head of a stylised fish with just bones for a body.
After all it is a bathroom... probably...and people often have fish motifs in bathrooms. Personally speaking, I don't take my fish into the bathroom, unless they're dead and I want to flush them down the loo.
So, I suppose a skeletonised fish is almost logical.0
