Saw this for rent, and they want 'Professionals only'.
They're describing it as 'A delightful semi-detached dwelling' and 'This fine home provides comfortable three bedroom/two reception accommodation'
Doesn't look too comfortable to me, imagine having to spend one night in one of those awful bedrooms
Fine home? Looks more like a timewarp
And its fully furnished! Sure you'd have to stick the furniture in the attic its that dated.
So here it is http://www.propertypal.com/8-hazelwood-avenue-prehen-londonderry/236813#0 -
This one's had a newly fitted kitchen but it looks like they haven't finished it. There's a unit beside the washing machine with no door, and what's going on in the 2nd photo of the kitchen - a big gap between the units. The units in that corner look like they've just been shoved in. What's the pipe sticking up for?
Looks like they've been using a play pen as a laundry basket!

This one's supposed to have 'mature gardens to front and rear'. Well I've looked but haven't found any there. It looks like someone's gone on the rampage with weedkiller.

Yep. And the back to backs were scheduled to be ripped down at least 15 years ago. I think the bars on most windows and the anti-joy-riding barricades on the streets add a certain something to the ambiance though ;-)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
