Please take the time to read the original post before you reply. Then you might understand what the topic was actually about not what you thought it was about by reading the last couple of posts. Geesh, Im trying to help out and getting flamed for it. Think the lack of Wii's may be taking it toll on some.
Please don't make assumptions about what I have and haven't read or comprehended

It is not safe. You can pay someone. They can bank the money. They can withdraw the money. They can close the account. Then never supply the goods. Scammers paradise.0 -
I ordered from Argos on Friday Morning £250 bundle and I revieved a confirmation email the same day, delivery Monday.
I hope the don't mess me about,or I will take them to task.0 -
I have been reading the posts about the bank transfer - may i just add these are actual foreign bank transfers and not normal bank transfers you can just do online. You have to visit a branch of your bank and fill out a form which can be sometimes complicated and charge anything between £10 and £27 regarding the amount and time needed to get there.
I work for one of the main high street banks and do around 4 -5 foreign transfers a day mostly by businesses sending payment to suppliers they have used before but it is not safe like paypal. Once those funds leave your account - you have no protection and if you receive no wiis - the bank is not liable to give you the money back.
I would not recommend bank transfers for the purchase of wiis. I work in a bank and i am desperate for a wii but i will not do the transfer even though i can do the fastest payment method for free.0 -
dont know if this is of any use to someone but the Woolworth in stratford
east London is apparently getting some of the 295 bundles in Monday evening. they are taking names on a list at the moment to reserve. the games are not that good. .sims pets and the golf 2008 one are the ones I can remember.0 -

The lady said, that anyone who ordered on Friday morning should be safe and everyone i know who ordered in the morning have received there wiis the next day plus you have the confirmation email. It is just the Friday night orders that there were problems with.
Don't worry, you will receive your wii tomorrow.0 -

u are absolutely correct. :T
paying by credit card is the safest way to buy online, because if u dont get the goods credit card company will charge back.
i havent read all the posts so dont know if this has been posted, is 100% feedback seller, if people pay by paypal with transfer of existing paypal funds or funds from bank account they are at paypals whim if goods dont arrive, if paypal is funded by credit card then if goods dont arrive, credit card company will charge back.

I've seen that on another site surely this guy would of been better off paying for a very simple site on a google sponsored link. It would have to be thousands in seller fees on 300 Wii's0
