Thank you for the good wishes. I think it may have been the shortest interview in history, 8 easyish questions and 15 mins playing with children, job was for a nursery assistant. Anyway will find out be the end of the week but apparently there was a lot of applicants.

On weight loss I 've been for a run and a walk and now I'm wondering what to eat to fill me until dinner time.

Hi Fred, could you log me 2lb loss and log me another 8 miles (still haven't got around to testing my local pool so it's all wii jogging so far :o ).

I think I've under-challenged myself on the channel challenge so if it's okay I'd like to up it to a visit to France and coming home please (44m).

After walking home from work again tonight, getting lost along the canal along the way, this week I have walked 7.7 miles :D

I am SO proud of myself :j (bloomin' knackered though)

    Well done losers! x

  • 2 miles brisk walking for me today and boot camp.
Will be weighing in tomorrow or friday but don't think it will be good news after being unwell at the weekend and just eating junk food.
I am back on track now though, undoing the damage hopefully!:p

Managed to swim 30 lengths this morning - shoulder actually felt a bit better after the swim than before I started, so thats positive. Will work out the distance and post later.

Also went to GP who arranged for me to have an xray - so in a few weeks should find out whether the fall has caused any damage.

  • Don't think I'm in time, but it's a loss of 1.2lbs for me this week - thanks, Fred.
