I'm not sure either... they'd posted about the £37 worth of vouchers before here. If the poster disagreed with the coupon usage and wanted to try and "warn off" others, why post on the 12th December saying it went through easily...
Ahhh, just shred the letter, pretend you never got it. If they're serious they'll send another but I'd guess more likely you'll never hear from them again

That post was made the day before the alleged large shops on 13/12/06 :rolleyes:0 -
Hi everyone, thanks for the encouraging comments. I havnt done anything about the letter i think i am going to ignore it and see what happens.
By the way I am not a troll, it was delivered by the postman yesterday morning it was on plain paper, there was no compliment slip, the envelope was hand written with a first class stamp.
I am on income support and since finding this site I have saved a lot of money using vouchers and codes, but will be very careful in future about what i use and where.
By the way I have asked my OH and it is definitely not him.

cant remember who asked but i was thinking of the questions others have already posted - such as tescos policy on use of clubcards to obtain personal contact details, tescos policy on letters to customers not on headed paper, can't remember the others0

Just called and asked for Susan Rees, the cs lady said that she was not in until 2 this afternoon. So after reading this whole thread for the past 50mins I think I agree with the main that it is a dissgruntled manager and that they dont have a leg to stand on. But OMG you are brave for using all them tokens, I get worried using 2 or 3 pampers vouchers when I haven't bought any.0

You are a miserable s*d. I hope you don't ever need to come on here looking for a little bit of support.
