No feedback yet...........sigh!
Yes, its a bit of a confidence boost. Shows I've still got it in me to get through an interview lol

I had my interview for the fixed term AO jobs in Walsall last week. I know that all of the interviews were completed on Monday [22nd Aug] and I have feedback scores of 5-6 for each of my 4 competencies. Not sure what the pass score is? I have worked for DWP before and I agree that this process is far trickier than in previous years. I just wish they would give some indication of what all of these scores actually mean!?! lol0

I'm just back from my interview at Dundee
I remembered my name, made friends with a little cat outside and the people were all really lovely....then disaster struck - I got 8 questions, 2 per competency. Was only prepared for 4 so won't bother holding my breath£2019 in 2019 challenge:£50/2019

They all seemed to begin with 'Can you tell me about a time...' I got lots of follow up questions too as my answers obviously weren't detailed enough.£2019 in 2019 challenge:£50/2019

Hey... I interviewed for a job in Seaham- did anybody interview there? Online test wise I got 86% overall and my interview scores for the four competencies were 9, 9, 9 and 8.
I don't want to get my hopes up as there are only 20 jobs going there but I feel I have a good chance.
Anyone had any feedback?0 -

Sounds like your in with a pretty good chance!

I got 90% in my online tests and only 6,5,5,5 for my competencies. There are 15 jobs in Walsall and I was the first person they interviewed so I'm not sure exactly how many people they were going to interview. I hope they let me know whether I've been successful soon. The AO job is set to start at the end of September [12 months fixed term] and I need to give my current employer 4 weeks notice. Perhaps I'm just impatient?:mad:0

You had your interview two weeks ago didn't you? They're taking their time getting your scores up but maybe it's due to the sheer amount they interviewed?
In Seaham there were only 20 ish jobs going so I imagine they probably only interviewed around 100. If I was thinking logically I'd say my scores should get me the job...but I have no idea how anyone else did, they could have all got 10s for their competencies.
So Rach, do the online tests count for 50% then?0 -
