Don't expect your 400 bonus avios to turn up quickly.

I was told tonight it takes an extra 30 days for the additional 400 bonus avios to be credited - the original 600 is quick though.

If you're looking to get the Merlin Annual pass, with the current Avios offer, it's cheaper to exchange your Clubcard points to Avios, then buy the annual pass with 15,000 Avios points

This works out at £37.50 in clubcard vouchers compared with the £46.50 if you purchased directly from the Clubcard scheme.

Same might be true of other similar offers that are available in both reward schemes.

They are the new name for AirMiles and combine three schemes into one: AirMiles, BA Exec club and Iberia.

I had £30 of vouchers to use by today. I had forgotten about them and spent a couple of days thinking what to exchange them for. I decided on days out. I tried to exchange them this afternoon and they're not on my account. They were there last week but gone today and the expiry date is 28.2.12 - today's date. I have tried to call Tesco as I definitely have not used them. In fact the last lot I used was in November 2010. Has this happened to anyone else please? If they are valid until today surely I can use them today?

Lara - I am the same. Have sent Tesco a mail to query this as they shouldnt be dropping off until they have expired. I would have thought...

MinMoz - thanks! At least I know I'm not alone. This happened to me in October too as I wanted to order a couple of magazine subs and when I spoke to Tesco they said I had used them. I knew I hadn't but let it go as didn't like to challenge them, that was for £12. I usually use them for Eurotunnel but hadn't driven to France for two years hence I know I haven't used any and anyway as soon as used & rewards received I throw vouchers away. Something very strange going on .
