And MG, some of those Matrix aunties wear some SERIOUS heels! Sitting down in the midst of all my moving mess to raise a cider to my old flat, new flat...and the friends who will be a huge part of my life in both X

    Morning all

Just popping in to say I haven't forgotten about you all. Still read the thread often but don't feel I'm making any Matrix progress not sure why but I'll put my mind to it in the New Year. I have been appointed onto a new committee on our Governing Body; it is school admissions which I find very interesting (yes I know it's not everybody's cup of tea!).

Keep up the good work all of you x

Hiya Dusty - seasons and reason love, we will still be there when you are ready to chip in again so no panicking, OK? And go for it with the new challenge - let us know how you love it.

Souk - happy moving day hon. Now remember the phrase you are looking for is still "Come in and have your tea" - not the Edinburgh version "Come in - you'll have HAD your tea?".

Even those of us on the East coast can still extend the west coast hospitality....................... so now that I have insulted half my country:eek: Matrix ladies don't count BTW - they will always make you tea, cider, wine, chocolates:rotfl::rotfl:

I have decided that my Blahs are my SAD raising its head - so time for some "me time" and time in front of my magic light first thing in the morning. Hopefully I won't want to crawl under my duvet come the afternoon then. Honestly I am pootling along in the mornings fine, then come half-one or so, zip, zilch, nada, no energy at all. Can only be SAD as my anaemia is A OK. So healthy food, lots of water, Magic light and early nights for a wee while.

    Have a brilliant weekend ladies

Ladies, I'm still in my 'jamas and have done nothing but websurf this morning. Please shout at me to do something more productive, even if it's just Ebay listing!
