Just popping out of lurkdom to say ta to Cheery for the wonderful link to the Cold Antler Farm blog - I've read it before but not in ages, so will make a note to go back often.
Very inspirational stuff and couldn't have come at a better time. I have lost all direction, know where I've come from and what I want to leave behind, but as to what comes next I haven't a clueIt should be exciting starting again but it's terrifying

I'm 4,482,330,058th.
So that's less than ten years between MG and me for just under a billion, then another three and a half billion in the next 30 years, making an average of an extra billion per decade, and that's not taking into account the Chinese One Child policy.
Oh my!

Awwww!!!! Not broody you understand - but I will take being Auntie MG any day:rotfl: Send the new family our love.
Making Bottom of the Fridge Soup with DS2 this afternoon - then two girlie pals are coming over for a chat. Both are finding the recession beginning to pinch and although I have offered in the past to help them embrace OS habits I have always been poo-poohed and fed a line of excuses as to why it was "not for people like us"
I'm guessing there are more and more "people like us" reaching breaking point:(
So I had better go and hide the wombled insulation hadn't I - that's probably a little too extreme:cool: Maybe we should start with "budgets that work" and "meal-planning 101"
