  • I need lots and lots of positive vibes please. Person who looked around our house last weekend, wants a second viewing. He is coming at 6pm. Needless to say, I have just done a mad two hour race through the house cleaning anything that stayed still! The place looks good, but i have asked Mum in law to come up and cop a niff at the place. I am bunged up to the max with a cold and I do not want my house to smell of cat!! :D And she will tell me. I had better get on with stuff... I am supposed to be working from home this afternoon, but I have just cleaned the house instead! Oops! Oh well, hubby is working tomorrow anyway, so i can work alongside him!

    Thanks in advance ladies.

 to everyone else as I whoosh through the threads - if I leave it two days, I'll be so far behind I'll have to admit defeat.:rotfl:
But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?

  • Hi Universe and any readers

I still have a 1.5 hours creativity slot to do (did one) and I haven't finsihed my job app yet. But I will. I DID EVERYTHING ELSE ON MY LIST!! Plusnet didn't work as I have a virgin phone so i'd have to pay a 50 fee to them. i want to save money not spend it. :D So back to the drawing board on that one.

I might leave weighing myself until next week as i'm on a roll and dont wnt to depress myself. by next week the exercise should have helped my weight and it might not be so bad. Must admit ive eaten well today. when i wanted something sweet i whisked a frozen banana and frozen blackberries and it was yum. i think craving sugar and booze (which is also sugar) is something to do with my anxiety. trying to be positive as mum is fit and might beat this and i might get a job and the buyer might buy my house. all is possible and just as likely as unlikely when you think about it

Plan now is to go into training for whatever is coming up!:j
will be back later when list completed and will add a new one for 2moro

  • MG well done on the curtains. A friend saw a healer who told her she needed more acquamarine in her life so she dyed her beige curtains by the same method as you and is really pleased with them

  • Memory Girl - I just wanted to say 'thanks' - having learnt something today from your 'Our Daily Bread' piece. I didn't actually know that you could freeze the 'pouch' mozarella balls - but I do now! Actually, it made me take down my 'Freezing Basics' book off the shelf :o to discover that cream cheese can also be frozen :D

I currently happily freeze hard cheese (I grate it before freezing) but now I know that these other two types freeze too, it adds to the arsenal (other football teams are available) of things to look out for in the 'whoopsie' and YS sections - especially when the expensive brands are off loaded, otherwise i'm happy with own brand too.

Oh, credit where credit is due, I think Firewalker also mentioned mozarella can be frozen.
