Sorry for being AWOL the past few days, we're completing on Friday so it's a bit mad here!

Need a bit of advise from the matrix if possible - what do I need to sort when we move? i.e. contents insurance. Is there people I need to phone? Things to set up?

  • Hi all - another SunFlower culinary special question.

I just made a lasagna, but remembered that one of the cheeses was frozen in the freezer. I took it out, but it wasn't defrosting very quickly, so I popped it in the over for a few minutes to encourage it. Then I remembered I was messing with a dairy product...

Question of the evening: if I put this cheese (which is now in a questionable state of frozen/not frozenness) on the lasagna, do I kill my whole family?

    Probably not!

  • Thanks FW: I went for it anyway, but it's nice to know!

I won't be freezing cheese again, though - it tastes much less nice when defrosted. Or maybe if there's a bit left over sometime, I will, but not a while block.

And ouch, ladies and ladies friends & relatives: what are you all doing to yourselves?! Best of luck sorting your various ailments and injuries out. :)
