    Morning Matrix

Glorious day today, woke up at 7 after dreaming a delicious dream about a chap that I know (he is a friend and nothing more so why I was having such a dream I have no idea:o).

Today I will be using mailchimp to email my networking group members reminding them of ways to pay (including paypal) and asking them that if they intend coming to the meeting on Tuesday if they could please let me know for catering purposes as I need to notify the venue of numbers on Monday morning. One person who pays by standing order has said that she thought she could just turn up and couldnt quite grasp that numbers need to be notified to the venue so they know how many places to lay at the table and how many extra bits of bacon etc that need to be cooked.

I shall also be doing some letters, sorting stuff out about my housing benefit (I have no found my acccounts which I had temporarily misplaced) and doing some research. I have been approached by one of my photographer friends who is one of the leading fitness photographers in the UK and America (he is English and based in the UK), he has asked for my help in organising a fitness show on a 50/50 profit share...I know nothing about fitness, hell I don't even run for the bus:rotfl: I don't even know what goes on at a fitness show because I have never been to one.

Have a good day everybody..try and have a bit of fun today as well.:D

    Afternoon

Well DS1 had a day off training today, I don't think he knows what has hit him, cause I made him help me clean through :), he has stripped his and his brothers beds:) swept floors helped empty dishwasher lol, was told If I knew I had to do all this I would have gone to training, but he agrees the house looks and smells much better,

Just going to put bedding on the line while he is stripping the double bed:)

MG my jab isn't till friday but thanks for the good luck :)

  • All back - tired, dirty and very happy.

Hopefully DS1 will be the same when I get him.

Back to put the kettle on and set the sewing machine off and rolling.

  • Great news re the mortgage payment MG! :j:j You're doing just great, having turfed a tenner in the Credit Union too.

You picked a good day for the forest session, it has been lovely and sunny all day with that edge of autumn crispness to the wind. Lovely combination, when wrapped up!

FW, I hope all is going not just well, but brilliantly for you.

Oh I am so glad my working week is now finished... still tired, was too tired to manage a bath last night (showered this morning), so a long hot soak is definitely on the cards for tonight.

By the way, life as a blonde is going just great, lots of unsolicited positive comments from clients I see every 3 - 6 months. Friends all love it. It (wiggy) covers a multitude of sins including the tramlines on my forehead, thanks to fringe benefits... Went for lunch with my ex and he didn't notice... QED :rotfl::rotfl:

Claire, sounds like in times to come your son will make someone a lovely partner/husband, I'm all in favour of youngsters of both sexes being able to look after themselves and their surroundings.

    Enjoy your evening everyone.
If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.

benign neglect is the best way - my boss pales visibly when we go into our school woodlands and I am brandishing a box of matches and a fire bowl :)

Or when you hand the kids a sharp knife to cut up the snack-time carrots because the dull knife is just too dangerous:D

And don't even get me started on the axe, saw, hammer and nails (and yes we are talking pre-schoolers)

And you know in 11 years I have never had any kid have an accident - although the OFSTEAD inspector did trap his fingers in his car door after a visit once - Go Figure :rotfl::rotfl:

Yes Groatie - having a lovely run of projects coming to "fruition" - its a bit like buses - you wait for ages then you colour in three leaves all at once:D

Can't believe he didn't notice the blonde bombshell though ;). Men!!! can't live with them - can't bury them under the patio (and just try explaining that one to a group of Mentors from the USA :rotfl:)
