I have just messed up the front of a jeans bag :(, trying to put a transfer on it , the transfer didn't all come off, any ideas on how I can make it look ok? by covering it or something?

ok i know it's slightly different field but when i'm card making or scrapbooking and i try and stamp directly onto the page and it's goes wrong, i end up stamping onto a patch/plaque which i then attach over the top, to cover the messed up bit and also make a feature of. Maybe you could do the same with your bag? Possibly you could decorate the edge of the patch to sort of 'justify' it so it looks like you've done it on purpose.

I have just got my suit out of the dry cleaning cover to pack (it's been there for a couple of months as I haven't needed it) only to discover that the whole of the hem is down and no sign of the thread. So a. I need to call tthem and rant and b. That's another thing that needs to be done before I pack on Sunday. I'm not sure that I even have the right thread. At least I spotted it before I left rather than when I got there...

Bright and breezy day here at TT to counteract the grey, dull day outside. Dh and dd decluttered to work and school respectively. Morning chores done and enjoying a cup of tea.

Hope everyone has a productive day, Thriftyxxx
