    Bit shell-shocked here this morning - oh is back at work and a very glamourous young lady has started 6th form this morning.

    Ds has requested that we go for a walk and visit his favourite cafe. He hates C*sta, St*rbucks and the like - too busy, too hot, too noisy, too many people and too commercial (his words). So we go to a local market cafe which is real and has soul (again his words).

    Mortgage Statement in:

    Total owed: £124519.82
    Time to pay 21 years 4 months:rotfl::rotfl: (We know something they don't know)
    Percentage paid 1.2% :T:T

    I'm tempted to do a PAD of £19.82 to bring it down to a nice even number though??

    If £19.82 sounds like pushing the boat out a bit far, you could put in £9.82 and still get a nice 0 at the end? I do think PADs are a big boost to the spirits!
    But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?
