Just the sort of situation we set the Matrix up for.

Will come back if I recall the exact circumstances on this where it came up before.....
I know I came to the conclusion in the end that anything I PERSONALLY put up on MSE remains "mine" and I will use it anywhere/everywhere else I decide to (even if I ever write a book with it in it....a possibility...as one day I "might" do a cookbook or two...).
After all - I could always just go back and delete every single post I'd ever made:D.
I think that comment re MSE copyright has basically been put in case a poster tries to lay claim to something that another poster has put up iyswim. As I understand it - it doesnt mean MSE can lay claim to something that originated with oneself alone.
I think the basic gist is not that MSE can "nick our property" - its in order that we dont "nick OTHER peoples property" iyswim.0 -
Evening Matrix...
The viewer did not turn up. She still wants to see the house... but her little boy was poorly after school, so she made the right choice. T*ts and teeth will need to wait then! Just as well really, because I am really not in the mood to show the house. And as hubby says, it gives us more time to make the place look even better. In my head I know that... but it was the last straw in a crappy day... so I will admit to sitting on the sofa and sobbing for about 15 minutes. I feel better now.
Tomorrow is another day. Time to have a cuppa, watch some shockingly awful TV, and then go to bed. See you tomorrow ladies and gents!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -
Evening ladies, Its freezing here and Im afraid my heating is on!
Canny find a ham hough in the supermarkets in the city centre and butchers is open only when Ive been at work so far this week, so just going to fling some bacon bits/ham stock in with my lentil soup and hope for the best. That's going in the SC tonight. Need to meal plan so going to get the cookbooks open tonight. Enjoying a bit of Great British Bake off at the mo with a brew and also need to look at money tonight. Seems to have been running through my fingers lately!
Been buying up my winter wardrobe and had my new boots on today but think I'd have been better off in wellies! X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

Love wellies, never happier than when I am in my wellies. Mind you they only just beat my Laura Camino purple suede boots. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. MG - you need to declutter your PMs
I have sorted my scarves. Some are hanging up ready to use, others are put away. Some may move upstairs to the bedroom when i've sorted out more up there as then I may use them more on a day to day basis and avoid the heating!
I'm now contemplating having a bath. Then again, I could just make hot water bottles and go to bed...0 -
Hello all
yesterday was pretty rubbish having been told by two agencies that my CV was rubbish and I didnt stand a cat in hell's chance of getting any PA work because I have been away from it for so long..pray tell, who does all her own typing, making calls, checking and responding to emails, making appointments, sorting out travel arrangements and filing for her own business? Still, it is their loss and it has given me a kick up the pants. I came away from their poxy meeting with a plan - I have ressurrected one of the networking groups that I run and I have started planning some half day and residential workshops.
Today, I have been blogging to raise my profile on google and to encourage people to think and maybe spend by clicking on some ads on my site. I have done some work for the business club of which I am both a member and on the committee as Secretary (I can do minutes!:rotfl:). I managed to do a load of washing up too - just need to wash my pots n pans now. I did not go shopping as planned because it was windy and wet today - so money saved. Lunch was boiled beef and carrots (same as yesterday, same as Sunday dinner), tea was boiled beef sandwich, still have meat left for tomorrow.
This evening some blogging work was referred to me because I am seen as an expert, so now I shall be updating someone's blog for them in exchange for money:cool: I am now going to knock off and have a slob in front of the telly:cool:0 -
Hi all - I'm very scarce on the ground at the minute. Can I get an extension to the day, please?!
R.E. Purse: a kind soul found it and is sending it back. Yippee! :j
Am just so busy. This week is busy, last week was mental and I'm just trying to catch up with myself. If I had a tail, I would be chasing it!
Hugs and positive vibes to you all. xxx
P.S. Do I remember seeing some sort of a 'don't buy any lunches' challenge on the boards? I've been to look for it, but can't see it.0 -
