The privacy thing is about the double layer of passwords, isn't it? I'm already logged in on another tab, trying to focus enough to actually type something thoughtful...
There is that but I also thought there was a reason for not posting the link on here as well but I can't seem to find it - maybe it was just to when the smiley was copied over a long time ago and caused havoc. But all is working now.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
Thanks for all your lovely posts and messages. I appreciate the support. I am going to go home and cuddle my furry babies (cats... if they will let me! :rotfl:) and maybe do something nice for me. Not sure what that is going to be but I can tell you, it won't be housework!!
See you all tomorrow.

Priceless!!!!!:rotfl:
Don't worry MG, he won't be affected in the slightest- my OH is the grown up version of your little one! (I use the term grown up very very loosely) - Cabaret is his favourite, he loves Liza & sings ALL the songs every chance he gets - you'd think with all of his 'chanting' of the word MONEY, the universe would have heard him by now!!!!!
- after all it makes the world go round - doesn't it?????

i have been procrastinating all day about applying for a job
i have looked and updated my cv... but the covering letter is a nightmare! i never know what to put!!
Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500 -
I think your covering letter should restate salient points of your CV (i.e. 3 essentials that they have listed in the job ad).
This is to make it easy for the person to choose you in the 20 seconds they have before your CV goes in the bin. You get 3 ticks, your CV goes to the yes pile.
No time to be bashful, tell them why they should take a look at you and how you will be brilliant doing the job!0 -
