Hi Diary,
Snow again boooo. It was hard getting off the drive this morning.
Having a NSD today. Hopefully will be having them all week.
Did a freezer inventory last night, either HM Lasagne or HM Shepherds pie tonight for tea.
DD is poorly again poor kid, she had the runs last night and the child minder said she can't get warm today. Luckily swimming was cancelled as there might have been a bit of a mess in the pool :rotfl:.
Ex said I will be getting a letter off his solicitor soon (finally he sorts it after almost a year) so that will be the finances sorted YIPPEEE.
Got mortgage statement through the other day, we owe 2k more than what I had budgetted. I just need to find out how much my car loan is now then I can do more planning with my finances.
Think the snow has melted a bit in the car park.

Hi everyone,
Quick update whilst Im sat in bed with laptop (its a late night for me).
Saturdays viewers loved the house and they are putting theirs on the market in the hope they can sell it to buy mine.
I have finally received a letter from ex's solicitor to say he is agreeing to the financial agreement (don't faint). Off to the solicitors next week to start the divorce proceedings...OMG!
I upgraded my phone yesterday with my service provider and paid £30 for a new one...and in the process of doing so managed to sell my old one to a colleague for £150. So £120 profit...happy with that.
Spent ages in the kitchen today preparing food to freeze, I now have batches of brocolli, potato wedges and dauphinoise potatoes. I think I have meals for the whole month now according to my meal plan.
Things are starting to look up for me at last.

Morning Diary,
Its Friday already! And February...where is the time going?
Ive just checked my bills account and everything has come out on the 1st as expected. Ive got a £55 buffer in there now.
I should be able to get my pots built up over the next 2 months, I would like to have some money behind me for when I move house. Also with my job being in the balance I need to be careful.
I was meant to be going out tonight but its been cancelled which is good as I have dancing with DD in the morning, then a kids party, then a house viewing and then Im out on Sunday shopping for makeup...I need a new look.
I've not managed a NSD since pay day but yesterday I only spent 75p on minstrels and a miniature bag of skittles for DD for sleeping in her own bed all night.
I will be dining in the canteen today so will spend a couple of quid on a jacket potato. Im recording it all in my diary again to keep track. I had to go to Mr Als on Tuesday to pick up some potatoes as Im not sure what I did with the ones I bought Sunday but they have dissapeared.
I'm meeting myself coming backwards at the moment.

Hi diary,
We have had snow again today...booo! Only a light dusting though but surely its time for it to warm up a bit. Its blinking freezing outside.
Very busy at the moment, Ive not been very well with my tummy so having to give up wheat for a while...so the wheat free food has cost me an extra £30 on my food budget, plus Im going to the solicitors tomorrow morning and popping to Mr M's to see if I can get the wf lasagne sheets from there.
DD's swimming lesson was a nightmare last night, all she did was cry for the full 30 mins. She doesn't like the water being splashed in her face. It was heart breaking to watch her crying so I went to pool side and gave her a hug. Thats us off the the swimming pool at the weekend then as she is miles behind with her swimming and needs practice, all the other kids are older than her and the instructor concentrates on them...she is only 4 bless her. I felt quite annoyed.
Had a great shopping trip at the weekend, I bought some lovely bits from Pri***k. I got a pair of jeans for £7.50 ha ha. Makeup is now sorted although am not sure its making me look any younger
Meal plan has been changed round to accomodate for wheat free food, only lasts 4 weeks now but thats the way it goes...still lasts until pay day.

Morning Livvy,
Poor you with the poorly tummy, hope the wheat free stuff sorts you out... £30 phewf... cant put a price on your health though
!!
Oh no to DD crying all the way through the lesson, thats really inappropriate that the teacher focuses more on the older kids, they are all equal and that should not be happening. Do you think she could be moved to a younger class?
Did you have the meeting re divorce? xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Diary,
I thought I had better send an update as I haven't been on in so long.
I literally don't have a minute to spare at the moment. I have had a house viewing every week for the last 6 weeks and DD has had parties every week. So if Im not cleaning Im wrapping pressies and getting us ready.
Application for divorce should have been sent off now if ex has signed it (which I can't imagine he has), Ive had a couple of offers on the house (which weren't enough) and job is still in the balance (won't know about that for a while yet).
My savings are £519 up on last month, I rang the loan people too and my loan is now £1,500 less than I thought. So money isn't too bad.:)
I'm going out on Saturday night, with the girls. Hope my tummy is OK. Im going to have to get everything ready Saturday afternoon as DD is at a party 4-6, if I do it right I should only have clothes to put on and makeup to do.
Got another house viewing at 5 tomorrow night...not much to clean though as I had 2 last weekend.
Hi Mummy,
Hope you're OK.
Im on medication for my tummy now as its my colitis thats the problem and not the wheat. It doesn't seem to be getting any better though. Probs all the stress.
DD is not going to swimming lessons anymore. She wouldn't even get in the water last time so we have sacked it off as a bad job. She was in the youngest class but all the other kids were older, think we'll have to go it alone

Hi Livvy,
Lovely to 'see' you! Woohoo to the divorce papers hope ex signs them!! Have you got a figure in your mind what you accept for the viewings. People definitely want something for free nowadays dont they!
My DD's have been the same with the parties, next one for DD2 is 2nd March, theres no more invites after that so far!
Oh no to the colitis, a ex friend of ours had that and he suffered occassionally with it. Youll never believe it but my dog has it too haha!!! Weve got it under control with his diet now, but the poor thing has been really ill over the years. Chicken and beef are the main offenders, so he gets no leftovers at all now!!
Enjoy your night out tomorrow xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Diary,
Pay day for me yesterday...ex's money has gone in today. Although I have had to send him a text as he hasn't put his extra money in to pay his car loan!
Hi Mummy,
The house is up for sale for £275k and the lowest I can drop it is to £265k, there will be about £35k equity each. People keep offering £250k but the houses for that price are not where near as big as mine.
Had a great night out thank you, although I have been suffering ever since.
Not very well today, my tummy is aching and I have been taking steroids for 5 days. Going to pick up a few more days worth from the docs today. I also feel like I have been punched in the eyes, I am just sleeping so badly.
This is only my second flare up, I tend to control mine with food as well as all the drugs lol.
Going to the dentist after work and then on to another kids party!
All my cupboards have been topped up, I have done 2 shops now and I have got enough meals for the month, when I run out of fresh stuff Im going to go to Mr T's with the vouchers I can only spend in the shop, and whilst I am there will go in the whoopsie section. Have £60 left or there abouts for food for the rest of the month now.
I have managed to fill up some of my pots over the last few months so they are looking healthier, I have £300 in both my holiday and in my emergency pot and £500 in my car pot. Next month I won't be so generous coz Ill have to pay council tax again...make hay whilst the sun shines I guess.
I get more than I thought if I get made redundant so thats good and also I have taken out the redundancy cover so all in all I should be OK (wish I could just sell my house though...woe is me).

Hiya Livvyloo.
Hope you're ok and just too busy with your FNL to post.xxxI'll get there!0 -
Hi MrsP,
Aw I've been poorly with my tummy. I was off work for two weeks, back again now but the dosage of steroids I was on made me lose the plot.
Im on a lower dosage now but still feel pretty rubbish, although the plot has returned. I have been like a hermit for a month...feeling sorry for myself. Still there is only one way to go from here I guess.
Hope your ok, I'll have to read your diary and catch up.
