Hi all! Hope you're all doing well today
I have a couple of UU to report...
L'Oreal professional natural liss force 1. This was a free full size bottle from the hairdressers. WNBA as it is a heat activated styling creme for straight hair - I have curly hair and never blow dry! Smelt nice though and kept any curly frizz under control.
Frizz Ease serum mini x 2. These weren't really UU, the pumps on both of them had stuck and life's too short to try and cut open a mini serum to scrape the product out! Typically, I found another mini serum shortly after throwing these in the bin. WIBA? These were freebies - my hair is so thick that serum just doesn't seem to do anything for it so wouldn't buy any.
I will have an IN this weekend - I need a new body spray as my current one is spluttering. I'm off to a festival and can't take any glass with me so will have to choose a can of body spray. I might also need some conditioner as I go through the stuff like it's going out of fashion! One of the downfalls of having massively enormous hair.
I am really tempted by the latest Body Shop sale. This is deeply rubbish as I've only been doing this challenge for 5 min lol! I want some face wash as my current home one is less than 1/3 full and I love love love the passionfruit face wash. Oh, and some new shower gel... and maybe a body butter for my feets as my foot cream is nearly UU... and perhaps a moisturising spray for the gym... oh, and a body scrub too!0 -
Oh, I knew I forgot something! What does one *do* with a massage bar? I have two Lush massage bars to use and I don't have a clue if I'm using them right. I took one into the shower with me yesterday and rubbed it on my legs and arms then used shower gel over the top to wash some of it off. I could still feel some of it on my skin though and it did feel nice and moisturising.0

1 in, a 15ml hand cream freebie from Occitane, went to town with Dh and got it,the SA was all smilles and hello good to see you then when i said i only wanted the freebie she was a real bovine:mad:even Dh said well she wasn't very nice!I told her I'd bought lots last time I was in and i was a priority member but she was still horrid not impressed as usually nice staff there, almost tempted to complain!0

Been away for a few days and just catching up. I have a couple of INs, Tesco valuebaby shampoo - 8p but very MSE I decant into handwash bottles as the ingredients appear the same.
I have an Original Source shower gel UU :j WBA, but at the 66p I paid when they were 1/2 price and 1/3 off from the Boots ACM voucher! I have several in my stash!
Also bought a Norwegian body cream in Poundland, 300ml and is about £7 in Boots, didn't need it as have plenty so a bit annoyed at that.
I did manage to resist the latest Body Shop offer, there willl be another one again soon!:rotfl:Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Couple of use ups for me this morning and still no ins!
Boots Sanctuary Body Scrub - This was in a free gift set when I spent £10 on the range, was okay but nothing special. Don't think I would go back and buy it. Think I have another one in my box somewhere.
Goldwell intensive conditioner - This was fine, ended up using it everyday just to get it used up. Think I won this in a competition a few years ago. Don't think I would buy it though as it's expensive and no better than normal brands.

hi all
have a little uu, Benefit foaming facial wash sample, this was lovely to use and super creamy but not sure it did anything other than wash my face. Have decided to stop using all samples and minis of facial skincare as it seems to be confusing my poor old skin. So unless they are products I already use in full sizes I am steering clear of all the chopping and changing. Will happily use samples and minis of bodycare items though.
Have gone back to my part used No7 foaming facial wash which should last me the rest of my life I think, these foaming products go on and on and on.The devil makes works for idle hands0 -

I rub them between my hands a couple of times then give BF a massage or vice versa. Think you can just use them as a kind of moisturiser too.
Another IN for holiday next week. Treated myself to No7 face wipes using a skinny. Out of face wipes so its ok:)Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
I rub the massage bars straight onto bare skin before a massage - either straight on, or like seasideDreamer says - between my hands to melt it a bit to get the oil.
Actually - what I used to do was hand it to my OH (when I had one!!) sit in front of him and hope he got the hint.... and hope that I got my massage before the dog licked it off !!!!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
Evening ladies, I have a few UU to report.
Benefit Bad Gal Lash, a freeby size that I got in a magazine last year, WNBA - it was a good black mascara and had a nice chunky brush but I ended up with black smudges under my eyes every day! Not a good look and I didn't even put any on my bottom lashes.
Avon Herve Leger Ete perfume sample, was given to me by my Avon lady. It was nice enough but I have no need to buy perfume for the forseeable future!
Lush Sea Vegetable soap, a sample given to me in the shop, WNBA - was nothing special, just a standard Lush soap really. I also have more soap than I will ever need in the stash since I only use bar soap beside the bathroom sink
Got the new Avon book today and I am still finding it hard to resist the shower gels on special offer even though I have about a decade's supply underneath the bathroom sink, argh!No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -
Morning ladies, I've 2 UU to report:
Avene Skin Recovery Cream Soothing sample - WIBA? Doesn't seem to be that different from the Cleanance or Hydrance creams I have tried so I guess it comes down to which is cheaper when I next need to repurchase.
Nail Varnish Remover Wipes - WIBA? No. Bought these for a £ in the £ shop as I needed something cheap and quick to get rid of the polish on my toes. Well these were just like baby wipes, a lot of them had no nail varnish remover in them and the rest just didn't seem to get anywhere. So now I have polish on half my toes and not on the others! Will need to go out and get some proper nail varnish remover at some point this week.
Just waiting for my night shift to finish!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
