i tried the listerine zero mouthwash last night which is suposed to have a mild taste and no alcofrol but it still burnt my mouth, i'm guessing i'm not destined to use mouthwash.

Have you tried using that Dentyl PH stuff - 2 colours that you have to shake up?

I always found mouth wash burned but have been converted to Dentyl ph as it's really mild.

Happy belated birthday Charlie! It sounds like you had a lovely time as you well deserve :) I'm also happy for you as it sounds like you've settled in well to your job (even though it's stressful at the moment) and I'm so glad you didn't take the couple of jobs before that you really didn't want.

Helen your post had me :rotfl: and connecting with all of it, so thank you for that and welcome :)

Sarah thanks for updating us with LD's progress :) I'm glad he's feeling better!

Kaz nice to see you stranger! Hope we hear more from you when the kids are back at school. How's the quilt coming?

EH thanks for the new thread!

A little late, but happy Eid to everybody. Now I can eat, I don't really want to :rotfl:

Declaration for August (lowest spend ever!)
Unnecessary toiletries cost £0.00!!! Go me!
Unnecessary makeup cost £3.99 (darn that matte top coat!)
    Total INs: 10
    Total UU/GA/OUTs: 12

I'm happy as most of the INs were from Boots to test. I avoided everything unnecessary bar the top coat, and my UUs outnumber the INs (unlike the epic fail that was July :o)

Super tired so hopefully going to have a nice hot bath :)
No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
    May
    INs: 14 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 11
    2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91
    Savings from UUs: £60.50

    Hi all,
No more UU for August for me. :(
One more ebay out, which I have to post and declare tomorrow in the September thread!!

Lots of splutterers so will be lots of UU in September.

    August:
    UU/OUT: 21
    IN:19
A measly total of 2 UU. Must do an awful lot better next month.
  • Hi, is there a link to the September...I have looked on search but its not coming up...thanks :p

You're not alone LT - I to struggle with mouthwash and have now vowed not to buy any more as I have never yet found one that I can use in comfort!

I had this problem too. Every adult mouthwash i have tried has burned my mouth
So i now use a kids one :D
Listerine Smart Rinse Mild Berry (they also do a Mild Mint one)

I can guarantee it doesnt burn ;)
    Errrr...come back later ;)

Hi all, I had a look at my original inventory and I'm happy to report these UU's

    Perfume
Armani code (WIBA? No. Hated it)
Bvulgari Omina (x2) (WIBA? it's not made any more :( )

5 x tea tree and mint shower gels (WIBA? erm... if on offer then yes).
1 x posh soap (these posh soaps are default gifts from MIL, so WIBA question is not relevant here)
All my Veet wax strips (technially not a UU, as they all sort of melted and stopped working) (WIBA? erm... no, not now that I know I can't stash them until needed!)
Neutrogena face wash (grapefruit flavour) (WIBA? Nah... nice smell though)
1x Santuary body buffer (WIBA? erm... Nah. Smell is a little too sweet for me)
Clarins shower gel (WIBA? - No. Way too expensive)
Clarins beauty flash balm (WIBA? No, nothing wrong with it, but way too expensive for what it is)
    Clarins Matt moisturiser (WIBA? ditto)

Thankyou to you all for being such an inspiration :)
