been a quiet month for me this month, i honestly don't remember buying anything which is the first time in ages. I've UU 7 items and GA 1. which is also a bit light for me but i guess when you start lots of things at the same time they're bound to go through the same stages when they they just keep going. I've also been pretty bad at the whole moisturising thing, i must get started again. I've potentially one more UU of this month which will be a hair dye as long as i get off my backside and colour my hair today. Why does it take me so long to do that each time, it's just a job that i really hate i guess.

I thought I'd ask here since we all have experience of using a lot of products: What is the best body lotion you've used? I am nearing the end of my Lush Vanilla dee-lite, and yes, I love the scent but it's quite expensive really! Is there anything better out there?

I've got 2 more UU to report as well:

-Clinique 7 day scrub cream: this was the sample in glamour. It wasn't as scrubby as I usually like so will have to go out find something else. My HG is dermalogica daily microfoliant but I can't really afford that at the moment. Might go and check out the Avene one, as I use Avene skincare for everything else!

    - Lush Magic ballistic: love this scent and I have some of the shower jelly to use next. Turns the water a lovely purple colour!

I only have 2 bubble bars and a ballistic left to use and then my lush stash is all gone! Well I say that, I have found boxes of the stuff stashed under my bed before!

I've also started purging my makeup collection for things to sell on ebay. I have a massive box of things to list. Think I'm going to limit myself to 10 listings a week and see how much I can get rid of!

Hope you're all enjoying the weekend.

Thanks for reminding me. I have another UU - coloured my hair earlier using a Nutrisse hair dye - Morello Cherry. I don't usually count these as I don't tend to stash hair dyes unless I see my colour on clearance.

Did also PMN and am wearing OPI Houston We Have a Purple.

I used to think that LE Nourishing Body Cream was the best as it kept me moisturised all day but since joining this challenge and using moisturisers more frequently (sometimes twice a day) my skin's a lot smoother and I can use anything. I'm even finding Garnier Summer Body is great at the job whereas before none of the gradual self tanners worked well (in the moisturising department).

My favourites are TBS body butters, Boots Fairtrade Extracts body butters and Soap and Glory Spa body butters. I do like lotions but much prefer butters.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • Happy belated birthday Charlie. I have two UUs - Boots Extracts Coconut & Almond Bath Cream. WBA? Possibly, it wasn't amazing but it was pretty decent for £1.34 a bottle. Also UU my Lush Jasmine and Henna Fluff-Eaze. WBA as it works really well and smells lovely.

Hi all, I have been reading this thread regulary. Id like to join the September as I am in the process of moving flats this month so wont be able to list everything I have.

My flatmate who is moving to Liverpool has given me a bag of stuff so that adds to the stash (she doesnt want to take it down). :j

Welcome Gothrockchick1! Not all of us do lists, so don't be shy about joining us now! Of course we enjoy a good nosey through the lists - and listing is a good wake - up call for you, when you see just how much you have. But it isn't essential.

I joined not because I had huge stashes or spent what I couldn't afford, but because I wanted less clutter and motivation to use up stuff I've had for too long.

I've never done a full and detailed stash list as mine would be fairly short and dare I say it, boring (doesn't stop me reading everyone else's though!)

So far, the hand wash has had eight different forms of liquid wash of some description in it -it would have been more but the colours were wrong - and I've used up eight different types of moisturiser as foot cream. That's been a marvellous way of de-cluttering.

    Happy belated birthday, Charlie. :)
Welcome Gothrockchick1! I like your username. ;) As Mcculloch says not everyone does a list, so don't feel pressured that you have to.:) I just make a list because I like to be organised and keep track of everything. :p

No UUs to report but no INs either. I've caught DH's cold so that and the M.E at the same time is knocking me for six a bit.

great weekend away with lovely relaxing facial:)...just found a lump of something from it in my hair:rotfl::rotfl:
  • UU S & G Wash Almighty WIBA this was part of the boots bundle, it lathered up well but the chocolate and mint fragrance was a bit weird. You do get your monies worth as it lasted just over a month and that was me being over generous with it! I do prefer clean on me.
