    Hi all.

Re the Clinique dramatically different lotion, I found out the other day that it contains petroleum and methylparaben  ...lovely... The moisture surge also has methylparaben in it. Its kind of put me off Clinique a bit now.
I'm starting to be really wary of the ingredients in some products and the animal testing as well.
I think i'll ebay off the DDMs I have in my stash.
    :undecided

Hugs to you Trudij Rest in Peace Percy. xx

I had a quick bath this morning, becuse I took Percy for his last car ride first thing - Hes happy now, where the hare is real and doesnt run fast (and likes being chased!) bless him.

No UUs from my quick sloosh, but I reckon by next week I will have seen off the lush soap....

Oh Trudi, that was quick, but thank God you didn't allow him to suffer. Huge hugs. I haven't been on this weekend so didn't see this before now.

trudi, as the guardian of a number of very special hounds over the last 11 years which we have rehomed, the important thing to remember is that at a certain point, unless you are very lucky, the decision has to be,are you going to make yourself unhappy or the dog suffer? Well done you for making the right decision.:A
    Hope is not a strategy.
  • One OUT in this morning's shower - Ted Baker London Bodywear Divine Invigorating Body Scrub. WBA but only if on special offer, as it was a little too rough for me and slightly greasy (I think I'm establishing that I don't like sugar scrubs, I find them a bit too harsh). Nowhere near as bad as Flake Away though so that's a point in its favour!

    Hellllllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooooo ladies! :D

Wow, it has been a while. And for a very good reason: I've been pants at using anything up! I've been very slow on the whole using up of products lark. :o

I've managed to UU another Sensodyne, and a small pot of shampoo made up with essential oils. WIBA? Don't need to, for either - have both (or the means to make up one).

Oh, also, I bought new base creams for cleanser, day cream and night cream but I'm not counting these as they were needed and are in no means excess.

Am STILL going on that blummin' S&G shower gel, but I'm winning *insert evil cackle*, even if it means a few extra squirts here and there. :p

Have a conditioner that has been spluttering for days but nothing nearing UU. Only have 1 body spray now, so had an IN of a Charlie Black (nice scent, not overly girly) which was on offer in Wilko's.

iamsalt you asked about hand creams.
I think the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream takes some beating, it is specifically recommended for sore hands. My hands aren't in need of it at the moment, so my old tube is being used as foot cream. I'd lost it under some furniture and was convinced I had binned it accidentally. I think it's every bit as good as the expensive Compeed I bought. I think I'll buy a tube for my feet ...
