DS made me laugh last night, I told him I was being sent some 'stain remover for whites to trial' and quick as a flash he quipped 'Isn't that Ethnic Cleansing?' :D

Sarah I'm glad you're feeling better. I hope the Tramadol works but please be careful. My sister's friend and a family friend both got addicted. It was really difficult hearing about it :(

Absinthe I'm glad you're ok and weren't too badly affect by the rioting.

did a PYND(can't remember which day) but DH said I prefer the natural look:mad:
got a problem finger or two:(dry flaky cracking skin, saw the doc a while ago and she thought it could be an allergy from the garden but then it flared up on holiday so was not that, trouble is it comes and goes ,was going to docs last week but it had vanished!,so sore when it gets bad esp if wet as in now when i have been swimming:(
  • Hi all :)

Ive had a few OUTS over the past few days with the swapsies group and a couple of UU's. Also i have one in - superdrug hot cloth cleanser which i needed anywa.

UU Rimmel glam eyes WIBA Yes, i love this mascara, it gives you thicker longer lashed in just one application, now moving onto a mini NO.7 one.

UU Clean mary WIBA yes but i prefer the bodyshop passionfruit one have replaced with the superdrug one,ive never tried it before and i must say its fab and very value for money.

UU a trial bodyscrub, WIBA i dont know the brand of this to buy again, but i wouldnt with this, was far too runny with no scrub at all - Moving onto a boots mango one from the swapsies group.

Need to place an order on TBS for a friends birthday so need to get on and off the site asap!!
  • A couple of Ins but they were freebies! A Rimmel day 2 night mascara and a Blistex Raspbery lemonade lip balm :j

Haha, I also got the Rimmel Day2Night (I was desperate to open it and see how it works but checked youtube instead) and Blistex lip balm (could smell it through the packaging, yummy). Also got 2 Avene samples, anti-redness cream and no rinse tissue off cleanser.

    I have got 3 UU's
unbranded face mask that I picked up abroad - was supposed to last 6-8 applications, lasted more like 25. I just don't like slapping on an ultra thick layer of face mask.
Montagne Jeunesse Pomegranate and Passion fruit Peel Off mask(5ml) - another freebie that I got from them. It worked great, pulled off easily and in one piece, smells nicer than the cucumber one. I will definitely buy something from them in the future. Right now I don't have any face mask ( :j ) but I don't really need it ( :T ).
King of Shaves Woman shaving gel (smells of lemon and aloe) - nice enough, shaving gel is a shaving gel. Will move onto epilator for a moment.
  • One IN to report over the weekend - Tesco Cotton Wool Balls as for some reason my cotton wool pads have gone walkies. So for I'm of two minds - they're OK for toner but not so much for taking nail polish off.

Daughter's birthday is coming up and having given fabric shopping bags a good few times now (rather than expensive paper gift bags) I was looking for something else.
Primark had lovely colourful oversized scarves, so there we are ..the scarf was half price in the sale too, very MSE, given that the usual Primarni prices are on the floor anyway.

:eek: Oh My  I'll speak to my GP about what I should be aware of - thanks :D
My skin is so spotty at the moment. :( I'm using Clearasil because I have oily and spot prone skin but I haven't washed my face in a few days (I have M.E so the smallest things either leave me with no energy or I don't have the enegry to do them in the first place) and today is the first time in a few days that I've managed to wash my face so wondering if the spots are related to that.

Hugs :( After the last few days I am making face cleaning a priority! I too have ME/CFS (and CPS & Bipolar) so know exactly what you mean about the energy thing. I told OH the other day that even if I have to have a nap between cleansing and toning I wasn't going a day without a cleansed face again - I was only partly joking :rotfl: I can recommend S&G's Dr Spot - it's worked wonders for me and OH - now I need to get DD to try it :D

Still no movers and shakers - but I have some Dove vouchers so may have a few IN's in the next week or so (although may spend them on my mum this weekend). For those on FB do join the Unilever VIP panel - you get £1 voucher for joining and 4 x 50p vouchers for taking a survey/submitting an 'idea (a scent for Surf)/sharing on your wall and inviting friends :T

    http://www.facebook.com/UnileverVIP?sk=app_122430854497956#!/UnileverVIP?sk=app_122430854497956

Brands are: Dove, PG Tips, Carte D'Or, Magnum, Walls, Surf, Persil, Cif and Flora - and you get to choose which one you want the voucher for :D Such Fun ;)

    Hope everyone is well :A

A few UUs here, my guilty conscience at so many INS forced me to be ruthless....

Andrew Collinge Perfect Endings spray in conditioner - binned - my hair is short now so don't really need it & it's been open several years. WNBA

Aldi Ombia colour protect hairspray - also binned- -this has a horrible smell to it and was relegated to the back of the cupboard for that reason. WNBA

Grace Cole foot wash - never likely to be used for its intended purpose so decanted it into hubby's shower gel.
