Hello ladies,
Budge up on the naughty step, I'm coming with my suitcase!!
My fail is of epic proportions...... I am deeply ashamed.
Gifts:
2x BS Moringa gift cubes
1x BS Sweet Lemon gift bag
Necessary purchases:
Cerutti 1881 perfume 100ml. My HG perfume and my bottle is now less than 1/3 full.
Alberto Balsam tea tree conditioner - no conditioners in stash
Superdrug tea tree & mint shampoo - really like this product & none in stash
L'oreal Casting Creme Gloss hairdye in Mahogany - my fave hairdye & this colour was out of stock on my last shopping trip in Germany, none in stash.
Very unnecessary purchases:
This is where the fun starts....
M&S nail varnishes in gold & lilac (the lilac is divine. I have it on now & can't stop admiring it!)
M&S lipgloss - good buy at £3.50
M&S purple eyeliner
M&S La maison de senteurs lavender hand cream, smells divine
Batiste blush 50ml - have a couple in my stash but this was on offer at £1 so worth getting
Figs & Rose balm - read about this when Emma Watson praised it and after discovering it originates in my hometown, had to try it.
BS Japanese Cherry Blossom shower gel & puree body lotion 250ml
Imperial Source Chocolate & Mint shower gel - just have to give this combination a go, only 66p after the ACM voucher.
Dove Deo - thanks to ACM machine voucher in Boots
No7 lipstick - using my £5 voucher
Clinique long last glosswear - was introduced to this via the Glamour sample in April. I'm impressed and buying the full size in duty free was a good deal.
Dove body lotion 250ml
B&H iced peppermint body lotion 50ml
Mavala orange nail varnish (free with Elle)
There you have it. I'm not counting the free nail varnish nor the Dove / B&H as these were bought before I started the challenge, I just hadn't got round to bringing them over with me. Neither am I counting the gifts or the necessary INs. So, my total is: 13.
The good news is ladies the naughty step is so full now that there's no room so you'll just not have to buy anything :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
On a more serious note, all this rioting business is just awful. Sawan - I am so sorry to hear about your sister getting burgled, how very unsettling. Let's hope the worst is over now.
Hugs to those who needs them & have a good Sunday
PS. Rosemary, loved the biccie joke!!
PPS. I also got a lovely Radley bag at Cheshire Oaks, but that's another story. Maybe I should start a "No more buying Radley bags" thread.....
Some lovely purchases there hanval. I also love Radleys and think the shop at Cheshire Oaks is fab. What's your new one like? Is that where your username originates from: Handbag Val??
I have an IN and some UU's to report but am going to catch up on rest of the thread first.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Couple of UU
M&S handcream - WIBA not sure - was nice but need something a bit longer lasting as my hands get so dry sometimes they are painful but not flaky!?! - using my baby bottom butter on my hands now but will need suggestions for september when i am buying again.
Hanval - if there is a 'no more buying radley bags' i may need to join. Despite having 2 small suitcases already i just bought a radley one just becasue it was so pretty and turquoise!
Trudij - wasn't quite sure if i read about Percy right or not, but i think you might be in need of hug. :grouphug: You are right he will be chasing things more easily but doesn't make things easier xxx
My all time HG handcream that I return to time and time again is L'Occitane lavender hand cream. It's quite light and non-greasy. I'm also getting really good results with Soap & Glory Hand Food lotion at the moment (in the pump bottle rather than the cream in a tube which I do find greasy). I've taken it to work and keep it on my desk as it wasn't getting used at home so am applying it all day as the handwash in the loo at work is really stripping.
Good to see another Radley addict
So sorry to read about Percy Trudj. Take care. xsparkleisshopping wrote: »Elemis vitamin body lotion mini - used as a handcream at work, was quite runny and easily absorbed. WIBA? No, got this as a hotel freebie and I don't like body lotion, I prefer a spray oil. I'm now using the dregs of the Boots SPF15 vitamin E face moisturiser on my hands at work.
Yes this is runny. The new Nourishing hand and body lotion has a slightly thicker consistency though and is lovely to use.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Finally caught up with all the posts. Phew!pinkfluffybabe wrote: »One out in the shower this am.
Balance me lime and ginger shower gel. WIBA? Am quite indifferent, it was ok but not as good as my green people or philosophy ones. The jury's out!
I've tried a few of these shower gels (MrM bought me a gift set a couple of Christmases ago) and I'm like you. They're really nothing special. Still have two of them left in my stash.mcculloch29 wrote: »I'm pleased you are feeling better Sarah, the dizziness is another known Tramadol side effect. DS did get that, he described it as 'like being drunk, but without the incoherence.'
DS made me laugh last night, I told him I was being sent some 'stain remover for whites to trial' and quick as a flash he quipped 'Isn't that Ethnic Cleansing?'
Baboom :rotfl:
OK as said above I have an IN (moving over to the naughty step right now) and some UUs to report.
IN is the second part of the Auto Delivery from the QVC OPI TSV in May. The kit includes a bottle of Nail Envy, Avoplex to Go and 3 nail colours: French Quarter for My Thoughts ( wearing this now - nice neutral for work but nothing to rave about), My Address in Hollywood (a sparkly pinky peach colour - looks similar to Don't Melbourne the Toast whch was released years ago and I've nearly finished the bottle of that) and Plugged in Plum which is gorgeous - not a colour I would normally choose.
UUs:-
Dove roll on deodorant - WNBA - takes ages to dry. Have started using an Avon one which also takes ages to dry.
Tresomme Conditioner - think this was the Protection variety. Lovely conditioner and WBA but have stacks of Ojon and a bottle of TBS conditioner to get through first. Have one of the travel Tresommes for my holidays though.
Daisy Eau D Parfum WBA but don't know when.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Thanks McCulloch and VALM, i will go and start browsing but going to hold strong for a bit longer and use bits and bobs up this month.
One UU to report. Tesco Bubble bath (green) - WNBA - this was a huge bottle left by exOH and i hated the smell and it never did much for my skin so... i used it as a very effective loo cleaner:eek:
Salt x£400,000 starting Jan 2020 current end date Aug 2041 I would love the end date to be 2027 but will aim first for 2037.
1% target £4000 so far £20 paid0 -
Alos have 5 Ins froma visist to the dentist and pciked up the saple toothpastes, these will be used as perfect size for a weekend away or holidays.
I have to get a filling  so will get some more when I'm back :cool:Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

It's up to you, everyone's doing this challenge their own way. Some people are only counting the buys or unnecessary buys. I'm declaring everything, because even though I haven't spent any money, the products are there and I need to use themI've got a last spend date to keep on top of spending money.

I have some UUs to report.
UU Ultrasun spf 30 25ml WIBA? I would, I really trust it.
UU Alpha H Absolute Eye Complex 7ml WIBA? Yes. this is one of the few eye products that I think really does something.
UU Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm 15ml WIBA? Yes. I love it. I use it as a weekly cleansing massage treatment rather than a daily cleanser but if it was cheaper I'd use it more!
UU REN Frankincense and Boswellia Night Cream WIBA? Yes. It's a nice night cream.
Also some "ins"
15ml Natural High Brightening Eye Cream and 30ml Avon Anew Clinical Derma Full cream.
