I would also ring the advice line for that brand and complain. When Clairol Foam Medium Brown turned my hair near black I was sent vouchers as compensation.
Thanks for this, I have just emailed Clairol to complain about their product, funnily enough it was the Clairol Foam that I useMFW - currently at £23,610 (Aug 2014) MFD 20200 -
An OUT and (almost) two INs for me:
OUT - Boots Moisturising Nail Varnish Remover (the orange one). WBA as it's reasonably priced, gets the varnish off well and lasts a fairly long time. I'll probably end up replacing it tonight after work though so that'll be another IN.
IN - Sanex 0% shower gel sample free with a magazine, which will probably get used up in tonight's shower."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
Just arrived back from a camping trip in the back of beyond, had no newspapers, radio, tv or mobile phone so have only just heard today about the rioting. OMG can hardly believe it. Hope all of you are OK, massive hugs to anyone being affected by it. Will catch up with the rest of the thread later. The devil makes works for idle hands0

I have 1 OUT tonight - Expert undereye cream WNBA as I have several more to UU first!Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

For the 'crossing out thingy', (Strikethrough) you need to click on Post Reply as opposed to Quick Reply. Then look for the icon on the extreme right that looks like this [STRIKE] S[/STRIKE] . Highlight the text you want to cross out (click and drag over it) and then click on the [STRIKE]S[/STRIKE] button. Voila![STRIKE] Strikethrough! [/STRIKE]
Just thought I'd share with you a gizmo I saw in a disability aids catalogue. It's an adapted plug to put into your shower so that you can have two inches of water in the shower tray to soak your feet as you are showering. I think it costs about £9.99.
Personally, I soak my feet all the time when showering in my over-bath shower. I do this by standing with my heel in the plughole.....Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
An OUT and an IN for me:
OUT - Sanex Zero% Normal Skin Shower Gel sample. Possibly WBA if it was on offer as it was nice and moisturising but it didn't lather up very well. I suppose probably because it doesn't have any 'nasties' in it but I like a bubbly shower gel!
IN - Superdrug Conditioning Nail Polish Remover 250ml to replace the Boots equivalent I finished off on Tuesday night."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
Hello everyone! I'm in for this!!
I'll admit it now... I have a massive addiction to Superdrug. Going in there and not buying anything is unheard. Have to always get something... Hence why my Superdrug points card is through the roof right now. I have a million and one products at home, and never end up using them all. I've lost count of the amount of face washes/cleaners I have thrown away coz they've gone off.
I will post my list soon
P.S. I'd also like to join the Facebook group too for swapping items.. However I can't seem to find Sarah*a or xoxo and there are a million members! Any way I can search members at all? Sorry, still working my way around the site.0 -
