Have an adventure in August with the NSD challenge

Not doing very well the last few days but I'm not going to say the F word as I did well earlier in the week and even managed my 3 in a row.

I had to run in A$da for bits last night and forgot to get petrol. :mad: I thought as I was working a long day today it would help it to be a NSD, until I realised I was running my car on fumes.:(

Tomorrow will definetly be a spend day as I need shopping, so role on next week.

Afternoon, errr, evening all! Had a busy couple of day and sadly can't report any more NSD mainly cos I've been couponing again - oh and Thurs I might have paid a wee visit to the Clinque counter at B**ts but I did use a £5 gift card, plus had a double points coupon and another for 200 more points.

Had hoped for a NSD yesterday, bought bread and some reduced pasta salad in Mr T but not quite enough pennies in the change pot to cover it. More couponing today, got toally trouted at CS in Mr T over the DTD steak, so susequent email has gone off to CS and we'll see what comes of that. Am also well stocked on Heinz mini meals and Campbells soup to last us ages so no more purchases of that now. Wombled a few receipts at Mr T & Mr A this afternoon, not a great day as it chucked it down here earlier so many turned to mush, plus it's the week before pay day so not so many shops going on.

One thing I did forget was bloomin cotton pads which is one thing I've run out of, might go out and get those tomorrow - and if that's the only thing get then I will allow a NSD as I should have got them today.

No plans made for date 2 yet, but we have been texting all day, so i figure that must mean he thinks it went well too....
(there was a slightly hairy moment when i managed to spill beer on him :eek: but i guess if we're going to have more than one date he might have to get used to my clumsy side!)

So sorry to hear about doggy's lump Cheryl, i will keep everything crossed it's not too serious

Oh yes & number 10 for me today :j Mega pleased with that as i spent all afternoon helping out at the summer fete for the place where i do voluntary work & managed to resist spending anything at all, even with the most amazing looking homemade cakes !! :A
