£123.84 added to my total today from matched betting yesterday :j

Still waiting to be paid for ebay stuff sold at the weekend, and currently have one solitary bid on the stuff I loaded on Friday so nothing to add there yet.

I am almost half way to my gold total and have been paying everything straight off my debt as it comes in - I figure it is better to reduce the interest payments as much as possible by doing this rather than saving it for a paltry amount of interest and risking spending the whole lot on something I really do not need!

  • I'm having a slow but steady week, I think I'm just on target, but it's getting harder to find things to list... unfortunately, we moved to our present dwelling just over a year ago, and I spent weeks throwing stuff out / taking stuff to the charity shops before we left our old place! If only I'd known......

I can't believe I forgot to update my total!!

  • I'm not taking part in the challenge, but thought I'd list some stuff on eBay, see if I can make a bit of money. Today I had one item that didn't sell, and one that did, for £20. The winner got a bargain, as I bought it for £40, but I'm happy to have sold it, as I will never use it.

The trouble is, I'm finding this whole eBay thing very addictive, and even my OH has been hunting around for things I can list.:rotfl: Good fun though :D

Thanks WoA for the newsletter - just read it and realised about 'dormant' accounts. I found a Scottish Friendly bond I'd forgotten about when sorting out my SoA on DFW last month, on DFW advice I cashed it in so must go found how much I got and add it to my total....

Have also put lots of books an Amazon and sold quite a bit on eBay, finally all posted now. I'm on holiday next week so will have another sort out and find some more stuff to get rid of. This challenge is getting addictive!

Hope everyone is doing well! x

Got one today as they nabbed me as I was coming down the drive!!!! Didn't thin kit would be worth anything!!!

If I can sell that it'll help towards the new shoes I have to now buy this week!! Why cant they give me some notice their shoes are tight instead of waiting for me to measure them at home and find out theres a size and a half difference!!

I have decided that by the end of this week I am going to have got to grips with MB, even if it kills me!!! I am missing out on money and I hate it!! I'm going now straight away to the newbie thread to work it out.....see you all in a week or two!! :D
