Why dont supermarkets reuse their flower buckets? They reuse the crates that those poor excuses for veg are stored in, why not the buckets? I dont shop at asda but might go and ask for some, get the kids to paint them up and plant some stuff in them. I know a certain grandparent that would adore a plant grown in a handpainted bucket from the grand kids!!!
I don't know why they don't reuse them. I work with a lady who has a second job in Asda and she said they get crushed.
I wanted some of the stacking crates they use for fruit and veg but they get recycled - although in the summer when we buy 20 punnets at a time we can get a crate to take them in - that was suggested by one of their staff.
Before you ask - 20 punnets?!! We go to the shows and dip fruit in belgian chocolate.First Direct Loan @ 7.9% £13,076.03/£20,250
