Mind you....I can't really talk.....I have to admit to having Five Star's Greatest Hits (???) stashed amongst my vinyl collection!
Five Star is cool compared to

Rene and Rinata - Save Your Love

Middle of the Road - Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep

Village People, Sinitta and Steps (my excuse is that its part of my gay heritage)

    on my i-tunes

I'll go and stand in the corner shame-faced

    FYI....

My professional opinion is that daaaaan saaaaaowth (down south) it is ketchup and then as u get further up the country it becomes red sauce. This did confuse me when I 1st moved to Brum (am a southerner originally) however it does seem to be the same.
One was brought up in Cheshire (tally-ho, what-what and the like) and it was ketchup at school and at home

first heard red sauce when i went to uni in Shrophire (along with mayo and cheese on chips:confused:)

my ex thought i was wierd as i was always asking where his vacuum cleaner was whereas at my flat it was a Hoover (his wasn't hoover branded, mine was although it was a car boot find)

  • WOA, I feel for you I really do!!
My boy made me laugh on Sat when we came out of the cinema, we walked past KFC and he asked when we would be having some next...I told him now we were vegetarian we couldn't eat KFC, his response.... "it's not real chicken though is it mum"!!! :rotfl: Bless him..wiser than his years!!!

I'm not doing too badly at the mo avoiding non veggie stuff as I cook everything myself from scratch so is really easy...the hardest thing I had to do was buy for my youngest when he had a lactose intolerance...it's in almost everything!! That is the biggest non mse way of living ever...allergy or intolerance. Free from stuff costs a fortune!! So glad he grew out of it!

I've applied for my free seeds through bbc gardening site...and as a bonus, went in the garage to get my saw and square (laying some laminate! cos I was bored!!!) and found what I thought was the cover for my washing line...til I realised it was on the washing line!!! Turns out I've got some planters that hang off of anything. Dunno how to describe them really, green woven plastic with slots in!!!! They'll do the job nicely though!!

Why dont supermarkets reuse their flower buckets? They reuse the crates that those poor excuses for veg are stored in, why not the buckets? I dont shop at asda but might go and ask for some, get the kids to paint them up and plant some stuff in them. I know a certain grandparent that would adore a plant grown in a handpainted bucket from the grand kids!!!

I've never heard the expression red sauce before. Mind you I am a Londoner. Just spent ages listing stuff on ebay, but I'm running out of stuff to sell now.

Mizmir, if you are around at some point, I may wish to pick your brains about the matched betting now you are such a pro and I am being such a wimp!!!

Have a good challenge day everyone!

    Hi hypno

Around now - feel free to PM me any questions. The newbies forum is really helpful as well.

Best place to start if you have £100 float is the Coral £50 bet - it is quite simple to play through and gives a good return.

Once you get started you'll wonder what you ever worried about (though I know it is really scary to get going! :))

My name is jet and I'm an MSEaholic

I went to my friends house had one drink and rushed back to read kids stories n chuck them in bed so I could get back to ebay  . Free vodka :money: and I want to go on ebay :p

Anyway I think it's been worth it because I've listed another 10 things (some of which I know I've missed the code on but can't b bothered to go through n c which ones). I've only got a handful of things left to list now. The one I'm most curious about is a lot of 8 barbie dolls 5 of which are from 1966 with loads of gorgeous accessories which were left for my children by the lady I bought my house from (not sure about my grammar there).

I've got two stock suppliers in mind and once I've shifted all the stuff I've got here then I'm going to get a couple of sample bits in and see if they go well:T .
